We were eyeing this from Nebraska furniture mart but Amazon had cheaper delivery & way better financing. This couch is amazing & so cozy. It’s very heavy and took 3 people to move it as expected since it’s a pull out sofa but we love it! It was delivered clean in perfect condition with no stains or issues like the other reviews said. I have had two of these . first one was so broken down it couldn't be used at all. Amazon in usual fashion sent someone to pick the defective sofa and brought out a new one. When we unwrapped it to bring in the house we noticed black oily substance on the back and arm. When lifted we saw the wood that was part of the support had splintered and there was a quarter size hole at the bottom back of the sofa and the bottom material as not stapled or secure to the frame. This is a nice sofa bed for the price. It’s modern and attractive. The mattress is very uncomfortable (like every sofa bed mattress) so just make sure to buy an excellent mattress topper and you won’t have problems. Read more

I purchased the pull out option of this sofa. After almost 6 months, the mattress had mildew/mold underneath. I do not have a particularly humid house. This is due to rubber on the pull out mattress frame, under the mattress. I tried to resolve this through customer service of both the manufacturer and Amazon, with no resolution. Ashley furniture states a manufacturer warranty of 3 years on sleeper mattresses, but will not honor this. Amazon will not do anything beyond the quick return window. After throwing away the mattress and cleaning the frame, the couch now sinks in when sitting, unless a new mattress is purchased, which will likely have the same issues. Be very careful with this brand. Read more
