The media could not be loaded. These are great! I’ve been making many different types of homemade breads and relying on parchment paper to line my Dutch oven. I found these silicone slings and they are a perfect replacement! Once I’ve finished shaping, I place it right on the sling to wait for the oven, and easily drop it right into hot Dutch oven to bake. This is sooo much easier than trying to lay the paper into a hot Dutch oven, and less wasteful. It removes just as easily. I use my hot pads and grab each side to pull out the bread while it cools on a rack. No more burning my hands! Read more

Excellent product - good thickness, long enough handles to get a good hold when removing from a hot pan, and works as described. The only reason for taking off one star is that the size is a bit off. I had to trim the sides down a bit to fit in the pan - the thickness of the material kept it from settling down to the bottom of the pan with the bread dough on it resulting in a wonky loaf. Easy to trim with scissors, though, so not a big deal. Better that it is too big than too small resulting in the bread sticking to the bottom of the pan! It's a good buy. Read more

I make sourdough constantly and these are so much easier to work with than parchment paper. Place it over the baneton and flip the baneton with the bread dough on top of the silicone sling for a perfect shape! Read more
