I really like these. I resisted getting silicone mats for a long time. These work nicely. Help keep cookies from burning. I also used them to make siracha powder and the siracha peeled off like a dream. I have only used the large ones so far, they fitwell on the baking sheet. These silicone pads for baking in 2 sizes work well in smaller sized casseroles or baking sheets. The small one fits my brownie pan. The others fit my glass casseroles. Just remember to not use sharp anything to cut on them. I used a plastic spatula gently and no problem. Or slide out onto a cooking rack, baking sheet or platter. Foil or parchment works also.
