I’m very impressed with the quality of these cups! Read more
I recently had a total knee replacement operation. My physical therapist used these cups during a recent visit of which they appeared to work. Since then, I apply them to my incision along with other areas of pressure. While there are best to be used with some sort of lubricant (so suction cup stays onto the knee area), I have felt less pain after using these cups versus without. Read more
I am a licensed physical therapist and utilize other styles of cupping (with the suction pump and valve) in my practice. I bought these to use on my own back. These are fine for the price point and good for home use on your back, back of shoulder, hamstrings (any harder to reach area for self-application). However they are probably not as effective as the pump and valve style where the suction amount can be more variable. Good for home use, not recommended for clinical practice as there are better options that still don’t break the bank. Read more

They only hold suction for about 10-20 seconds, the larger ones not even that long. Went to return the day I ordered them and found out they are unable for return. What a waste of money! 2/17/24 Updated review: since I couldn’t return these I kept trying to use them. The more you squeeze them the softer they seem to become and then they stay on longer. You still have to keep squeezing them every so often to keep them on, but at least I’m getting some benefit Read more
Incredible, first night I’ve slept in weeks without pain. Used on my hips before bed and it was amazing. I used with Palmars cocoa butter (per my PT’s recommendation) and they worked well together. Easy to clean also. Read more
