I don’t know if this serum is effective or not The reason being that the bottle is almost impossible to open. First of all, the description of this product gives you the false impression that you will actually be applying this serum onto and into your skin using a micro needle on the supplied syringe. That is false. There is no needle involved at all Even the bottle when you first open it gives you the impression that you will be inserting a needle through the rubber membrane to obtain the serum. No! The rubber membrane is merely a stopper that is nearly impossible to remove in order to place the “syringe” into the liquid. What a joke!! This serum could just as easily be supplied with a regular dropper like other skin care products are supplied. I actually cut my finger and it was bleeding while I attempted to get the stupid bottle open. I seriously doubt I will bother drawing the collagen liquid up into the “syringe “ to apply the serum. I will use my clean fingertips or a cotton ball in order to be more effective. I have no idea why this company thought it necessary to dupe customers into believing they will be needling the serum into their skin when they is not the case at all. Furthermore, there were no instructions on the box or bottle or inside the box indicating how to open the bottle. Very frustrating. I will not be ordering again, no matter how great the product ends up being. Read more
