I opened my pillow 24 hours ago. It arrive a tight curled up package so I guess it needs time to open up but it has a huge crease down the center that isn’t fluffing up at all. It’s also much smaller than described. I’m feeling doubtful that it’s going to fully open up and even the parts that are opening are too soft to be a good quality foam. I’m going to give it another 24 hours and if it stays in this poor quality and oddly creased shape , I’ll have to return it. Might have gotten a lemon. Read more

I got this pillow for one of my sons who was complaining to me about his prior pillow no longer being good and his neck hurting. I got this for him and was surprised when it arrived by how tightly it was rolled up and how compact it was. I unrolled and opened it and gave it a little bit of time to inflate back up. First night my son was very happy with it. He said he could feel a relief of pressure in his neck and he felt like he was able to lie more naturally and as a result sleep more comfortably than he had been. Tossing and turning is a bit of an issue for him since this pillow isn't very wide but when he lies still and in one position he found it easier to fall asleep sooner and sleep for more hours. Does have a few flaws here and there. Material of the pillow itself isn't very soft and ultimately nothing special about the inside but still he was overall satisfied. Read more

It is a stiff, firm foam pillow. I prefer soft pillows. I’ve been looking for a pillow to help with wrinkles and it’s hard to find the right pillow. I did not find it comfortable when I tested it, I never slept with it. It may work better for those that sleep on their backs. I’m a side sleeper so my face would fit in the cut out, but it pushed my chin upward. It didn’t feel comfortable. Read more

Like another reviewer noted- every body is different, and how we sleep varies. But this fits for me (so far, I think -- it's been about a week). It does what it says. As a side sleeper, it keeps the sides of my face from crunching up and hastening lines. I also feel I can breathe nicely when my head is nicely supported but my face isn't sunk into a pillow. I do find one side the better height for my spine, so be sure to flip it over and see which side fits best for you. I think it's well designed and the thought that goes into the cut makes it worth the price for me. The case is nice and soft, and of course a perfect fit. I just wish replacement (spare) cases/covers were available. UPDATE: Feb. 2025 - I still love this pillow. And I still wish it had replacement pillow cases... Read more

I love this pillow. I've been sleeping for 3 yrs on a very expensive pillow that also is shaped to not cause lines in the face but this one is more comfortable. I paid $189 for that pillow that now sells for $300. My only disappointment is that this seller doesn't seen to sell an extra pillowcase. Read more
