This product is absolutely incredible! It’s incredibly effective, but what I love most is how compact and convenient it is. Larger tools can be bulky, hard to handle, and difficult to use in tighter areas but the Silk’n Infinity Fast easily reaches small spaces and is so user friendly. Truly one of the best purchases I’ve made, I only wish I had found it sooner and skipped all the other laser treatments I’ve tried! Read more

Obsessed with my Silk’n Infinity, which I've been using for some time now! SUPER impressed. It’s easy to use, completely painless, and I’ve noticed a real difference. My hair growth has slowed down significantly, and the regrowth is much finer. I also love that it can be used on the face, legs, and underarms without irritation. The results make it feel like the treatments I've had at my derm/the spa, but for at home and it's saving me tons of time and money! Would buy again -- highly recommend! Read more

I was very excited to try the Silk'n Infinity Fast IPL device. I have been using their hyaluronic gel for a long time, and it works very well for my radio frequency device, so I know and like the company. About a year ago I purchased a home IPL device from a very well known brand, and I have been using it regularly since then. So I have something to compare the Silk'n IPL device to, and having used an IPL for a while, I feel pretty comfortable with the technology. My hair grows very fast. If I don't use IPL devices, and just shave normally, I get stubble within one day, and have had long term issues with redness around the shaved hair follicles and ingrown hairs. For this reason I was eager to try IPL. Using my name brand device, I found that it did slow the hair growth and resulted in fewer ingrown hairs and less redness, but it definitely didn't stop growth. I used it once a week, and found I really had to maintain this frequency of treatment or else the hair started growing back at its normal rate. This has been a source of frustration for me as a treatment of legs, bikini line, armpits and a few flashes around my mouth take at least 30 minutes. It is very hard to clear this time out of my weekly schedule, and it is not an enjoyable experience to slowly (like a snail slow) run the device over my legs, wondering if I'm missing spots. I think I'd save time shaving daily (5-6 showers a week, the shaving time would probably equal about 30 minutes total, like the IPL treatments), but a goal has been to minimize the red spots I get at each follicle so I continue. They say it is helpful to have a lighter skin tone and darker hair for IPL to be effective, and if either of those elements doesn't fit, the device won't work for you. I have very light skin tone, so I'm ok there, but my hair isn't as dark as some. Still, certain areas like the armpits and bikini line have dark hair, so I feel I fit well within the range of people for whom the devices should work. My leg hair is moderately dark, definitely not blond, but not as dark as some. Note that you must shave your hair smooth before using the device. I don't like to shave my bikini line because I get terrible ingrown hairs, so that has been a downside. This device is fairly small and comfortable to hold. This is very important because it takes a long time to do a full treatment, so your wrists and hands get tired. For my taste, it makes a lot of noise, like a hair dryer on a low setting. If one wanted to carry out this treatment discretely without other household members noticing, it probably wouldn't work. There is a metal back to the device that you are supposed to touch with your hand in order to complete the galvanic circuit. This is placed comfortably enough. Compared to my other IPL device, the opening of the device is an average size. It doesn't come with any additional heads, which is ok with me, but does make doing smaller places (like those pesky chin hairs) more difficult because you have to have the entire head of the device covered by skin before it will fire off. I wish the head was bigger, because it takes so long to cover larger body parts, and a bigger head would mean fewer shifts, and then it would be nice if they included a "precision head." I also wish there was some way to know where you have already treated the skin. I try to follow a sort of map route, but I know I'm redoing some spots and missing others. This seems like a flaw in the technology of all these IPL devices. While I'm not sure I entirely understand the technology, I was interested by the promise of the Silk'n device being Galvanic enhanced. To test its effectiveness at long-lasting hair removal, I used this Silk'n device on one side of my body, and my other IPL device on the other for several weeks (I try to use them weekly). I didn't see any difference in hair growth or lack thereof. So it means it works as well as one of the name brand items, but I'm not sure it means the Galvanic enhanced technology makes a huge difference, at least in my experience. I've been using the Silk'n device at full strength (I want it to work!) and I don't experience much discomfort. On my legs I feel nothing, but on my armpits and bikini line sometimes the flashes don't hurt, but sometimes I'll get one that stings like crazy. They describe it like snapping a rubber band (hard!) on you, and that is a pretty good description. There are two downsides to this device, which do lead me not to recommend it. The first is the slowness of the flashes. If the level is quite low, the flashes are pretty quick, and so you can cover a fair amount of skin. But with each increase in power, the speed of the flashes descreases until there is a good 2 seconds or more between flashes. When you can only move the device an inch and then you have to sit there and wait for the next flash, it becomes very tedious and frustrating, and the treatment feels like it takes forever. The other downside is the device stops wanting to flash after been used for about a minute or two. If I set it down and wait a minute, it is back to normal, but there are times it just refuses to flash. I make sure it is placed fully on the skin, the skin is cool, etc. and it just won't do anything. I was convinced my device was defective, and so I exchanged it with the company. The second one is doing exactly the same thing, so I think there is something about it. I assume it is some kind of safety feature, but it makes an already long treatment impossible to complete. So I hope the company can address this, and make sure the device can be used for treatment that lasts more than a few minutes without needing to "rest." Maybe someone has problem solved this issue, or of course there is the possibility it my user error. Read more

Big fan of Silk’n for 10 years now and the Infinity doesn’t disappoint. It’s simple to use, comfortable on the skin and I’m already seeing slower regrowth after just a few weeks. I also love that it’s faster than older models and the flashes last forever so no cartridges to replace. Such a great value for long term hair reduction at home. Read more

I have owned other products from Silk’n that worked well for 3 years at hall the price.I wanted to replace with one that promised faster flashes and smaller device. The unit would flash erratically and inconsistently. The cord and plug also seemed to be a cheaper material than the original one that I own. Read more

I’ve been using the Silk’n Infinity Fast for a bit, and it actually works! It’s super easy to use and barely hurts—more like a warm flash. After a few weeks, I noticed way less hair and slower regrowth. It’s not instant, but if you stick with it, it really pays off!! Read more
