As a dialysis patient I sometimes have bad swelling in feet and legs. These shoes were the only shoes I could wear for a time being. Easy to put on and can accomodate massive swelling. Great for diabetic patients also. Great quality. Well made. Warm. Good soles, not thin junk soles. Worth the money completely. At dialyses I wear these. On day to day basis I wear HOKAs. Take care of yourself. Don't ever skimp on shoes or mattresses. Read more

These were bought for my 86 year old Mother. She has a wrap on her leg that causes shoes to not fit on that foot. These are easily adjustable, lightweight and comfortable for her to walk safely. Mom has two pairs, one in black and the fuzzy beige pair. Read more

My husband has very wide (6E) feet and has trouble bending. These are easy to slip on and the velcro allows for the width issue. They are reasonably priced since others I had looked at were over $75 Read more

I bought these for a friend in size 11. His feet were swollen and we tried a 12. His toes do not fit well into the toe box. The width is okay, the length is fine, but the toe area is narrow. We bought a 14, and they are too long, but they fit around his foot….and the toes still struggle to squeeze in under the tongue. Read more

These are cute, and I do like them, however they are not entirely functional for their intended population. The sole of the shoe isn't wide, meaning your foot spills over the edges on both sides, the sizing is about 2.5 larger than shown I'm a size 8.5 men's, in this shoe I selected the smallest available size 7 and it is still about an inch too long and half inch narrow. The design of the shoe isn't actually a wide base as advertised, the base is the standard sole size 2.5x larger than shown. Meaning the size 7 I got is really a US men's 9.5 and not wide. Making this shoe both too narrow and long for my foot. I am conflicted with if I like them or not, as I don't have diabetes but I do have wide feet, and the discrepancies are tolerable for me as house wear, but for an elderly person they aren't going to be comfortable with this unless they have long feet and not wide feet. I believe the seller would have more success if they added a size comparison chart to standard sizes and marketed to the "kid-core" market instead of the elderly for this product as it falls short as a diabetic shoe.
