The mat itself is great. It's very well cushioned, sweat resistant and doesn't glide. But I was very disappointed when I realized that mine didn't come with a strap. I would recommend this item but beware that yours might not come with a strap, as I saw that was the case with a few other people as well. Read more

This is the perfect mat for my tiled floor. I can jump around on it without fear of if it slipping under me. And it is the perfect thickness so that it doesn't interfere with my balance as I exercise. Also the top surface is quite slip resistant as well... The mat itself is thick and good material. I was sold on this mat because of the strap it comes with, but the strap I received is nothing like the picture shows. The color and pattern are totally different and the style of strap as well. I was a but disappointed by that. I’ll definitely be ordering a new carrying strap.
