Quality useful product. Great price for two. Having the second ice pack is very helpful as they can be rotated when in use. I used someone else’s suggestion of wetting the ice pack before putting it in the freezer and think that helped get an extra few minutes out of it each time. As others say it doesn’t stay cold long, however, I didn’t take off any stars for that because you’re not recommended to keep ice on more for more than 10 minutes or so - even though I’m sure we all do - so it’s technically doing what it should. The splint is comfortable and the Velcro holds well. The size seems like it would fit most adults. Read more

I wore the splint for roughly 2 months. I bought a few of them and have them around the house and even still in my car. I highly recommend them. I would definitely have a minimum of two so that you can wash one and wear one. I had more than two as if one got wet during the day, they dry, but don’t dry all that quickly, so it was nice to have a spare. Read more
