There's weight to this lamp. The simple look works for me.
I wanted more light without the feeling of more devices. Something about this concrete-base table lamp gives a nice balance of an earthy piece and electric light. I didn't want another visible piece of cheap metal assembled in a factory. Even though this is definitely a factory production line product, it's a nice look. Beyond that, it's a lamp. Plug it into a socket, turn the in-line switch, and let your light bulb glow. Nothing revolutionary there. Nice. Read more
