Due to my certain diet, I dont eat much carb or sugar, and these are my new heroes. Maybe few years back, I would never even look at these, but now, These are heaven. They are crunchy so they are great with tea or coffee, they look fine and acceptable, they have low carb, low to low medium sugar, and have chocolate inside and no other filling. Calorie of course is OK but not the greatest, but most importantly they taste good. We are talking about cookies that are made with almond flour and contain low sugar and have minimal carb, so usually the expectation is they should taste awful, but these dont taste awful. These were my go to treat when I was pregnant. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my last pregnancy and finding foods I could tolerate and also enjoy was a challenge. I have a major sweet tooth so I was trying to find something to satisfy that while also not spiking my blood sugar. These use almond flour so I figured I'd give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by these cookies. Mind you I only allowed myself like 4 a day, but man are they good. To the point that I would be upset if they were out of stock when I went grocery shopping and decided to get the subscription on Amazon. They're smaller than your average cookie, but not too small. They have a nice crunchy texture without being too hard and aren't dry at all. I personally prefer crunchy over soft baked so I throghly enjoy these. Read more

The cookies are delicious. The delivery was not so great. The box was delivered in an Amazon envelope. The box was crushed on one end so one third of the cookies were crumbs. I hope my next delivery will not come crushed as well. Read more
