This cart is GREAT! Perfect size for maneuvering doorways/hapways. The base is large enough for a clothes basket. The wheels are sturdy. Assembly was quick. I can't say enough goog things about it. That said, if you hang too much weight on the top, it may tip over if your wheels hit a door threashhold or something else on the floor. The value for money is not there for this one guys, I'm sorry to say. The support poles are not one continuous piece of metal and instead are broken up into three pieces making this garment rack flimsy af. Bendable with no stability, yikes. I got this for the dozens of shirts we need to hand for all the kids while doing laundry. This is a 5-star quality overall. I only gave the sturdiness a four-star because it's not an industrial strength level of sturdiness (which I knew when I paid such a good price for it). Overall, it's been perfectly sturdy for holding over 100 adult shirts and slacks each week without bending or bowing and when being pulled all around the basement and from room to room. We move it all around the laundry area with ease so it fits our smaller work space. With normal everyday usage of this rolling rack, I foresee it lasting for years. This has been a tremendous help on laundry days. I live in an apartment and space is limited to do laundry. This gives me somewhere to hang clothes as I take them out of the dryer and the clothes that are to be folded can be taken in a basket on the lower shelf saving my back. It rolls effortlessly both on the wood flooring of the living room and the carpet in the bedroom.
