Very easy to install and water flow is great, But it definitely is not spot free! Have to wipe after every use or else you'll get spots! Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Update: I was going to up this to 4 stars (from 3) because of the positive comments we got from guest over Thanksgiving. But after the seller contacted me (via Amazon) I had to give them a 5 because of their customer care. They just did not say sorry for your problem please call our 800 number with your concern, they made it right quickly! They were truly concerned for my satisfaction, a rare find today with so many choices online. For their care and concern I raised it to a 5, it's not just about the products all the time, to me service is just as important. These are beautiful. The part that I thought was going to be gold is actually a copper colored, which happens to work well in my space. But if you’re looking for something, that’s actually gold, just know that these are more copper looking than gold. Read more
The faucet look really nice, seems to be well made. The instruction is all sketch/pictures and no words, so there's an extra washer (one is rubber and one is metal), not sure where it goes. The picture instruction only use one of this washer (you can't tell which is which from the sketch drawing). Anyway, if you're handy with these things, you'll figure it out.
