Is it me or is it difficult to find these robes in the plus sizes… in this rich eggplant color… (I love the color) AND in 100% cotton. I find that the robes that are not 100% cotton are not as absorbant. This robe is thin so it is packable on trips here and there and an all round keeper for when I am dying my hair or waxing my legs..to keep the dye/wax off my regular clothes. And it covers my knees when I sit.. A recommendation to the seller maybe would be to make the hem a bit longer for privacy. Overall a good pick and I would buy this product again. It also washes well in warm water.. just a bit of shrinkage.. I would suggest allowing for just a bit of shrinkage when you choose your size. Its the right fabric (simple thin cotton fabric), the right length (long so it covers my bum when I sit down), the right width size (the front doesn't splay open like other robes when I sit down and keeps me covered), light weight but still absorbent, shorter sleeved, the purple color is lovely, and it has pockets! Only took me 10 years and 10 tries to finally find one like this. I live in a warmer climate and hate the normal thick fabric and long sleeved robes you can normally find anywhere, this robe is just right! I wear a 3XL and I ordered a 3XL in blue. It fits perfectly after being washed, though it did shrink - 100% cotton will always shrink. I have also been looking for a nice lightweight cotton robe. I am a plus-size gal, and it's hard to find certain items in my size. I ordered a XXL Men's robe and while technically it did fit, the sleeves were too big and too long, and there wasn't enough overlap so I'd be confident that I wouldnt accidentally expose more than anyone wants or needs to see. This robe has plenty of overlap and, in addition to the regular belt, it has an inside tie to keep the inside side completely closed as well. It is a medium-weight cotton knit T-shirt material. I got my robe a couple days ago and have already used it several times after the shower and just lounging around at night. This robe is quite cozy and lightweight. The material I would say is similar to that of a soft t-shirt. It adds a layer of warmth and would be perfect to use in fall and winter. In addition, the color of the burgundy robe is quite true to the picture and beautiful in person. As for fit, the robe is not revealing at all after tying it up and for me personally, the length was perfect. (I am 5"4, 120 lbs) . I do have to say though that the robe was a little large on me (Size small) which wasn't a big deal since that makes it extra comfortable to lounge in, though if there was an XS, I would be open to getting it! The belt was a nice addition to have as it allowed me to tie the robe up and make it tighter. Finally, my favorite thing about this robe is the pockets! The robe comes with 2 pockets, one on each side, that are deep and secure for your items. I purchased this robe in May. I wash it every week so with it being the end of December that’s a lot of washes! And his robe has not only stayed comfortable but I think more comfortable for every wash. Color and shape has remained throughout wash and daily wear as well. Just for size reference: It’s perfect for my size of person. ( just barely 5’ and about 100 lbs) but only have About 20 inch arms so it hits about three-quarter length which is perfect for me ( probably about elbow length for most people ) and I only have a 24 inch inseam and it hits about 2 inches past my knees. (probably would be about kneelength or just above for most people) Which again I love. Plenty of room left around the waist area But that’s just to get an idea of the size. I like this robe, its soft and fits as expected however the robe came without its belt. I contacted the seller prior to the review to see if they could just send the belt. Seller said no bit did offer an 10.00 refund so I could purchase another belt somewhere or buttons to fix it myself. At first I was unhappy as anyone would be but honestly it would be easy to get another belt such as a scarf. Would add a nice pop of color or the buttons would be very comfortable. Anyway can only give it 3 stars as a very important part of the robe was missing. Still a very nice comfy and lightweight robe. I'll keep it. Edit to 4 stars. I actually really like the robe. I'm not opposed to adding my own belt and I dont think anyone should hesitate to order this as I think my lack of belt was a fluke. Read more

I bought another like this from a different seller but in light pink and I like them both a lot and they seem identical. However this one was a few dollars less expensive and more colors were in stock. I love that the purple, eggplant color is rich and dark so the robe isn’t remotely see-through. The cotton isn’t particularly soft but isn’t bad at all and is light, cozy and a great length in body and sleeves. This is the best and best priced cottony plus sized robe around and I shopped in many many stores and online before buying. Most robes are fuzzy or artificial and this cotton one is great and perfect for everyone but especially for maternity use and breastfeeding! Read more

100% cotton & long length-just what I wanted. A comfortable light weight robe. I ordered Burgundy size S. I am 4 ft 10 in tall with narrow shoulders. [The robe length is 5 1/2 in above my ankle. The shoulder seam is little bit off my shoulder. The sleeve length is 2 1/2 in above my wrists.] The burgundy is a lovely red wine color. The quality seems fine.
