I love this tumbler. All though when the package arrived it was open. But everything was ok, nothing missing or nothing dent. I use it for my cold coffee. I haven’t tried it for hot coffee because I don’t drink hot coffee. But it’s also a cup to put my ice drink in when I’m out and about running errands instead of using the big cups. The product feels sturdy, but the handle is too small for an adult to comfortably grip it for more than 3 minutes. If an adult would put their hand through the handle to grip the cup, the adults hand would cramp up after about 3 minutes. The pinky finger & the forefinger is being pinched together into a small space. This is the reason why the hand cramping up & fingers hurting.
