I wore these shoes during a month-long study abroad trip to Italy. I averaged around 70,000 steps a day through inclines, staircases, and traversing the town I stayed in that was literally on a mountain. These shoes molded to my feet and carried me through the entire trip with little to no foot pain and eventually became perfect to slip my feet in, no need to tie and untie my laces! Very comfy shoes with a soft cushioned bed. A bit heavier and bigger shoe for a Sketcher but not an issue to wear. You don’t notice when you have them on. I have bad arthritis in my feet from years of walking and standing on a cement, factory floor. So I have such a hard time finding a good shoe so take it from me these really are good shoes! I have wide clown feet. Shoe shopping has always been a horrible experience and an exercise in self confidence destruction. I got an 8.5 wide, accepting that they probably wouldn't fit because I usually need a double wide shoe. However, they fit great and are so comfortable. The toe box doesn't look as wide as it feels. I wore these shoes (in grey) for about 10 days and hand-washed them to remove some minor dirt marks to put them away for the summer. They became discolored in some spots so badly that they look dirty. My new sneakers look horrible and I will not wear this junk. I noticed another reviewer stated that her sneakers discolored also. I called Skechers and they said to deal with the seller, which is Amazon. Amazon will not take them back and why should they - it's Skechers quality that is terrible. $90 for this junk??? I have owned many pairs of Skechers and they fall apart quickly, footbed flattens out, material frays, etc. - those are usually around the $40 - 50 price and now with inflation $60 ?!!!?
