The massager was simple and definitely surpassed by expectations. The first thing that surprised me was the lightness and portability of the device it seems like I can move it from room to room without any issue, and it is not as bulky as typical foot massagers. The comfort for all foot sizes was very good, my feet are a size 11 and my wife is a size 5. It conforms to both foot sizes seamlessly.
