It worked great the first 3-4 days I used it. After that, the TENS system just felt like it was shocking my neck, where before it felt like a really nice electric muscle stimulation. It seems like it must be malfunctioning, I'm not sure. But I would not recommend because it only worked for a few days. Read more
I got this for my husband, who has had some nasty neck pain and has been seeing a chiropractor for weeks. He LOVES this massager! LOVES it! This items does as described. Honestly the electric shock is all I need but the heat works well and is important for making the muscles loosen up. The vibration honestly doesn't do anything for the musclea but I keep using it because it kind of feels nice. If they vibration was considerably stronger to where it actually helped them I would like this product more. Also, I am not a fan of the programs built in. They all start out slow and gradually build up. I just want to go full blast from the start like at a doctor's office. If it had programs like that and stronger vibrations then this would be a perfect product. Read more

I’ve been using this massager for a week and it’s been a great purchase. I had one of those big bulk roller-style massagers. I enjoyed that it felt like hands but the relief was rather superficial. This one is an absolute upgrade. It’s super lightweight so I can literally wear it while doing almost anything. Will bring it on flights for sure! It also has a more luxury and high tech feel - like it gets deeper into the tissue. The heat kicks in really quickly and the low heat mode is already good enough for me to make my neck warm and relaxed. Battery life is surprisingly good.
