This product gets all up in my my shoulders. I wish I had time to explain. Short review is I feel like it's a real massage and I can get to spots I can't with other electric massage items I've bought. And I'm talking I probably spent 2,000 dollars on massage products from Amazon. They can confirm it and this is all I need. I'm not being paid. I didn't get one free for a review. It was so good I bought one for my mom. The only negative. And it's not a negative it's like an idiot light. Don't fall asleep on it at highest heat setting. It gets hot but it has 4 levels of heat. It's simple and perfect. Read more

For one this product states itโs corded electric when itโs actually a battery powered device (as of 032524). I would not have purchased had I known it was battery powered, as it would have obviously not had enough juice to give a good massage as a compact battery powered massager. Sure enough, it constantly stalls out. At the same time it applies lots of friction. to the point it can rub off skin if used directly on your skin. So it doesnโt penetrate for a good massage while also rubbing off your skin. That is, if youโre lucky. itโs too difficult to get it to sit properly on your neck. the strap they give you is just silly. Furthermore the device canโt be laid back on. Itโs designed with no sense of ergonomics. it is an upper shoulder massager - NOT a neck massager. Maybe if you have a thick neck youโll feel it on the neck, but consider this only capable of putting any pressure on the upper shoulders connected to the neck. Itโs just overall bad. The voice that turns on is annoying and loud and canโt be turned off, so get ready to startle everyone around you if you turn it on at night. Just donโt buy it Read more

Really good so far and works as advertised. Has 3 intensity setting and is really strong. Holds a charge for quite a while as itโs been going between family members for days and still havenโt needed to charge it. A little weighty but not too much. It also has 3 heat settings and gets hot enough for anyone Iโd imagine. Has a few different massage settings as well. It really does simulate a hand like massage feel. Overall really happy with I hope it lasts forever lol Read more

I personally love this massager. I already have a high-end massage chair, a Theragun Pro, rollers, and other tools, but this fills a niche the other tools donโt serve as well. This device squeezes the back of my neck very well and hits the top of my trapezius somewhat well. It has paddles for the neck and little levers for the traps, so the function is different from the yoke-style shoulder massagers that use rotating balls to massage (the yoke massagers are pretty good, though). The heat function does get hot but there are 4 levels of heat, so you can turn it down or off. The motor is not as powerful as a plug-in tool but still squeezes hard enough to loosen tight muscles. I used the massager so long the first evening that I had mild friction burns on my neck, but that was my fault. The massager paddles do not seem to be adjustable so may not effectively target the lower neck and traps for slender people. It is heavy and clunky but not more than other shoulder massagers. It is small enough that I plan to have it in my carry-on on my next 12h flight. This device is somewhat expensive, compared to yoke massagers and low-end massage guns and is not versatile enough to be your only massaging tool. I have used it for about 2h and just had to recharge it for the first time, so I canโt predict its long term durability. I will revise my review if there is a change in my assessment over the coming months. Revision 2/18/23: the massager still works well but I have limited its use to instances where I canโt be tethered by a power cord. For daily use where I can sit near an electrical outlet or extension cord, the plug-in SpiriTouch Pro offers a stronger and superior neck and shoulder massage. It is much heavier and bulkier and has no heat, but it has a more powerful motor and covers a wider area of my traps (this is a yoke style model that has different massage nodes than the ususal rotating balls). Both massagers being me great relief. Read more

I purchased 1 of these last year because of a pinched nerve in my neck. I use it quite often. My Daughter recently complained of the same problem so I purchased 1 for her too. Now for a nominal price, we both enjoy the heated, variable strength massage whenever we need it. The long straps allow you to adjust & lock the position & since it's cordless, the user doesn't have to stay in 1 spot! I highly recommend this! Read more
