A quick review: In short...this watch is perfect in every way. It is literally the best watch I have every owned. In fact I like it so much I purchased two more so I will always have one in case I damage or break one. ( I work in an industry that is very physically demanding ).I know most companies change designs every couple years and I do not want a different watch then this one. So I bought three of them ( two as back-up repalacements ). I also like how this watch has a custom fit screen protector and I bought two of those - they come in a three pack. The color is perfect - a nice blend of tan and beige. It also has an extra black body and band if I want change it to black. The band is high quality and fits and looks great...it is the style where the end tucks up under band which is perfect and comfortable. The watch faces are great with a nice selection. The watch and App work perfectly and it's easy to use and set up. I don't have any connection to the company...but I think this watch is perfect and I really did buy three of them so I will always have a replacement in case I damage one. Love this inexpensive watch. I find it so enjoyable. I like the vibrating alarm. Use it every day. I like the sizing. I like the wrist band. Beautiful color the rose pink / natural color, it goes with everything as it's basically skin color and it looks amazing business or casual. Battery lasts for days. I simply charge it while in the shower once or twice a week and that's it. I've never dipped below 60% battery. The app is pretty good and easy to use. I use it for basics, heart rate monitor, steps counter, minimal bells and whistles while still being smart, sleep tracking, alarm time keeping. I abhor the watches that have all the calls and texts and notifications integrated. I do not want that on my wrist all the time. I do not connect my texts or calls to my wrist watch. Nor the music. Just fitness and alarms and sleep. Like that it has a bit of personalization (can upload a photo background or get a colored wrist band). Pretty accurate step count. Cons or things I did not like: - Watch disconnects from phone app a lot; Bluetooth appears unstable. Or is that you have to re synch and connect it every time you use the app. - extremely dislike the way the sports features are implemented. This is really my only major con. It's really stupidly done. It is not intuitive and no explanation as to how to end the sports mode while using it, like if you step off the treadmill or whatever. Also, whatever they tell you about it being a smart watch recognizing your activity is bullshit. It doesn't. You have to manually track it. But that's not what I use it for. I like this smartwatch. The cost is good. I love the band on it. Unfortunately I am returning it. It is defective. I wasn't getting any notifications. It's not the 1st smartwatch I have had, so I did all the trouble shooting. Messages showed up in my watch, but it would not vibrate or make a sound. This is a great inexpensive smartwatch. I wanted a watch that I could use at my local pool where I walk that would count my steps and tell me if I had a text or phone call while I was in the pool, since I can't take my phone in the water. It is not very user friendly and the instructions come printed in a very light mint green which is pretty, but hard to read. Once you download the app and get it started then you can access a file that has some instructions, this time in black. Some instructions. Again, not user friendly, it doesn't fully explain itself. The app wants you to subscribe to a monthly plan, but I declined and just used the free version. The watch is large and not the most comfortable to wear. You have to keep it one finger width away from your hand but it felt very large. If it had worked I probably would have gotten used to it. You can change the watch face, and in the app you can tell it where you live and the watch will tell you the time and weather. It handled the pool really well and told me if I had a text or phone call. What it doesn't do is tell you how many steps you take. It'll remind you to walk more, so you get up and walk around, and it doesn't recognize the movement. I thought that maybe it was just user error so I asked my techie husband to see what I was doing wrong. He tried for 2 hours to get it to work, even wearing it and moving at different speeds around the house. Nope. It wouldn't work for him either. Bought SKG watch on Jan 6th 2024. Easy to set up and had it working in less than 5 minutes. Loved it for 3 weeks then everytime I opened the app it made me reinput my personal info just to see my stats. Uninstalled the app multiple times. Nothing helped. Called Amazon and after 20 minutes decided to send replacement watch. Had 3 weeks of saved health stats, all gone. New watch came today and I spent 4 hours trying to get the new watch to work. Nothing would work. Called Amazon and couldn't get it to work. Decided for refund. Honestly loved the watch but, 0 for 2 is too much. Truly wished it was still working! Read more
