UPDATE - I decided to use the chat feature for Customer service, and even though it was outside the return window, the representative sent me a replacement towel and a label to return the defective towel, all at no additional charge. I was initially very pleased with the weight, absorbency, and appearance of these towels. However, after 3 months of gentle use, following the care instructions precisely, one of the towels is raveling on the side hem. Unfortunately, it is past the return window, and I don’t see a means of contacting the seller. Read more
