These weights arrived 3 days early. The quality is superb and their easy to manage. If your disciplined enough to work out at home these are a great addition to your weight training routine. The media could not be loaded. LOVE these dumbells, they’re compact and easy to use. They're also exactly as advertised and as expected. I was worried the weight adjustments wouldn’t feel secure or would be hard to lock into place but they are the opposite. They click easily into place and feel very secure. Only complaint / adjustment is that they are much larger than normal dumbbells and it’s a bit challenging to grab the weighted part for goblet squat - type movements. Especially you don’t have all the plates in. But overall very happy with this product and would recommend! Read more

I've purchased a couple less expensive adjustable dumbell sets over the years and haven't been happy with any of them. My wife got me these for Christmas and they're excellent. The adjustment knob works smoothly, and it only takes a simple twist of the dial to quickly change the weight setting. The 11lb to 55lb range is perfect for the type of workouts we do in our home gym. I highly recommend these to anyone that's beyond the beginner's stage of weightlifting. On second thought, they're great for beginners , as well, if you're willing to pay the price for them. After reviewing different dumbbells for about a month I finally pulled the trigger on these and I am very pleased. They switch weight smoothly and haven’t had any issues with the weights being off/not locking in. The grips are about the same size as a regular 45lb bar so even smaller hands can use these. The 2 end pieces are durable plastic so I’d imagine they’d bust/crack if you drop them or if you’re one of those gym people that toss the weights after a set……. Unless you’re Ronnie Coleman or Arnold then there’s no reason to be tossing them around like that anyways. One of my pictures attached to this review is my foot next to the dumbbells, I wear a women’s size 7 so if you have a wife around that size, just imagine them next to her foot for reference lol what I’m getting at here is they are quite long, much longer than a regular dumbbell but I haven’t had any issues with using them for almost any exercise. These adjustable dumbbells are awesome for quick indoor workouts! They’re easy to adjust, offer plenty of weight options, and save a lot of space. The only thing I don’t love is that they’re a bit long, which makes deadlifts a little tricky. Other than that, they’ve been great for strength training at home. Read more

They work great. No issues or concerns thus far. Love the space saving. Durability is great. We’ve had no issues with them switching weights and not holding. They are not as balanced as a traditional dumbbell but it’s not anything I even notice as I’m using them. They are larger than a traditional dumbbell and that makes some exercises a little tricky but overall they are perfect for a home gym without a lot of space. Read more

I have owned the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells in the past, and I have to say these are as good or better. The quality is top notch so far and they are comfortable in my hand. A few years ago I sold my Bowflex dumbells in a move and have always regretted it. Now they are way more expensive than when I bought them. I went looking for a substitute and found these. They had good reviews and an incredible price. I've used them for a week now and I love them. With the bowflex you had to turn a selector at each end of each dumbell. With these you set them in the cradle, twist the grips on each and yank them up. Very slick. The selector mechanism works smooth as silk and makes weight changes instantly. The weights are held securely while working out. The grip fits nicely in my hand. This was a great purchase, I would not trade them for my old weights, which are 3 times the price now. Read more
