They were pretty good for cheap bands that I can keep inside my son’s baseball bag for warming up before and in between games. But they do have a tendency to get overtightened and while trying to loosen them, I ended up snapping the bands and routing them so be careful not to over, tighten the nut when loosening and tightening the bands.
