This is my personal review of the SKYOAK 2 Pack Mens Premium Progressive Multifocus Reading Glasses, TR90 Temples Blue Light units. Since I just finished getting both eyes through cateract surgery, this is my first attempt of combining progressive readers into my new visual conditions. I was looking for something that would handle my closeup needs without hindering my longrange vision. This SKYOAK men's progressive with multifocus comes close to a great choice, but has a few short comings. I'll keep them near the computer, but not as a comprehensive, single solution for my best option. Here's the deal These readers offer: 1) Clarity with glare reduction and a sharp close-up viewing solution 2) Great value of my money 3) Acceptable styling 4) A satisfactory fit and feel 5) A feel of quality that indicates long-term durability. Where they fall short: 1) They are too thick, causing limited immediate range clarity of objects outside of my computer focus point. 2) I find focusing on nearby objects comfortable, but anything further than 20' starts getting blurry. This is due to the thickness of the multiple purpose lenses. 3) Some users may also find this particular model a bit heavy for long-term computer work. Overall, the SKYOAK Mens Premium Progressive Multifocus Reading Glasses, TR90 Temples Blue Light will do fine as my temporary solution, but I will most likely end up at the local optical to make purchase of a custom solution to my needs.
