I don’t usually write reviews, but this pillow absolutely deserves one. After a serious car accident, I was dealing with severe whiplash, a concussion, and an L1 fracture. The pillow I originally used when I came home from the hospital actually made my whiplash symptoms worse, and I was struggling to get any real rest. A couple of weeks later, after doing a lot of research, I decided to try this pillow—and I’m so glad I did. After just one night, the difference was incredible. I’m a really picky shopper. I always read the negative reviews first before I buy something so I wasn’t sure what I was about to receive, but I thought that worst case scenario, I would just return it. I saw in most of the negative reviews that the Snow White pillow was an issue so I bought the cheaper gray version. It’s exactly what it looks like in the picture and I can tell you that after suffering from neck pain for many years, the very first night I slept with it, I felt the difference.. I’ve spent probably close to $1000 on really expensive pillows over the years trying to find the right one to no avail. This one supports my neck, exactly where it needs to be and I love that there’s a spot for your ear, so it doesn’t get smooshed and sore. I begin physical therapy soon. Chronic neck pain is awful and though I don’t believe that this pillow alone is going to correct what’s wrong, it’s helped me feel more comfortable when I sleep. First of all, I am always skeptical when using a product I’ve never tried. That being said, my skepticism didn’t last very long with this pillow. After three nights this pillow worked its magic. Being retired (older), I still play softball, basketball, golf, and walk the shorelines fishing a lot. These activities tend to create aches and pains I have never had to deal with when younger. This pillow allows me to wake up refreshed, very minimal neck and shoulder pain. I guess you could say it jump starts me to get out and enjoy whatever it is that the day has to offer. Amazing- my Mom recently had neck surgery after a very serious fall that has left her will new challenges as a quadriplegic. Number 3,4,5,6,7 in her neck all replacement with metal and 2 rods as well. She's been really struggling to get a good night's sleep. This pillow as crazy as it looks helps. Soft but firm, the shape looks wild but she says its perfect since she can't really wiggle twist or turn to get comfortable. She still wears her neck brace when at more then a 20* angle in bed but all the time out. We feel this is a great quality product at an affordable price. Bought for neck pain and headaches. Bought because it had good reviews. Is comfortable, has good support, helped with neck pain sometimes but still wake up with pain a couple of times per week but not every day. Quality seems good. Do not notice any cooling. Read more
