Every type of earbud I buy does not last through the night. I sleep for more than 5 or 6 hours and most of them discharge their batteries. In that time I needed wired earbuds and these go in your ears very softly and you can sleep on your side with them in your ear. The cable is short so it'll yank your phone off the table if you're not careful. I purchased it USBC extension cable so that wouldn't happen. The quality is fine for the price. I honestly didn’t expect much from these, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The biggest highlight is the comfort. These are very soft and low profile, which makes them perfect for side sleeping. I’ve been using them in bed, and they don’t create pressure or discomfort like regular earbuds. They’ve quickly become my go-to earphones for nighttime use. The sound quality is decent and clear, maybe not audiophile-level, but more than good enough for relaxing music, podcasts, or background audio before sleep. For the price, I think the performance is actually very solid. Build quality also feels good for a budget option, and the included case is a nice bonus for storage. What really surprised me is that they come with a 24-month warranty, which is pretty rare at this price point and definitely adds extra peace of mind. Decent quality headphones. Nice and small buds and buds fit in ear well. Package comes with a nice carrying case. No extra bud replacements like typically included with headphones. Sound is a little muffled. Button controls are compatible with my iPhone. Something I didn’t consider with iPhone … to use these to sleep, you can’t plug your phone in to charge while using these. So I’m unable to try them for sleep until I get a usb c splitter. Read more
Regular person vine reviews! These are fairly okay earbuds for less than $20 (at time of review). I am not, however, totally sure why they call them "sleep earbuds" as they are not any smaller or otherwise differently fitted for sleeping than any other earbuds I have. They don't irritate or stick out of my ears any more than others, but definitely not any less either. They came with a nice little case, but did not come with any extra tips for a different fit or if you lose any, which is a downside as usually even very cheap earbuds have different sizes/sets. Especially for something marketed for sleep when sometimes tossing and turning causes a lost ear piece. In any case, though, the sound quality is nothing special but not horrible - it's okay and that is just what I expect out of something like these. The in line volume control works just fine (I have not tried or tested the mic). They are absolutely fine for tossing in my bag as spares. Read more
I was really unsure whether a pair of USB-C corded earbuds could be comfortable enough to side sleep, so I decided to try a pair. I usually sleep well, but some nights I struggle, and my AirPods feel like boulders in my ears. I opened this box, and I was surprised to see a case inside! The case looks nice and will function to protect the buds in my travel bag. I put the earbuds in my ear, and I was disappointed in the fit as they fell out of my ears almost instantly and required adjustment to stay in place. I do not think they would stay put all day, even if just walking around in the house. I plugged them into my iPhone, and they are compatible - they setup immediately as plugged in headphones. Feeling a little dejected, I went to our nearest bed and laid down. This is where the review turns around. Once I was laying on my side, I was blown away at how I did NOT feel them! I expected to feel rocks, and I did not. Switching sides had no impact at all. I set the volume to minimum and started my favorite white noise sound, "Weightless" by Marconi Union. When I laid on my right side, I had an immersive full-body sound that was as good as the best speakers I've used for making white noise. When I switched to my left side, I had good sound, but it wasn't nearly as good. Podcasts sounded fine in either ear. Volume controls work well and respond instantly. My only gripe is the minimum volume level is louder than I'd like, but I don't think it's loud enough to cause hearing damage. My comments about which side I laid on bring me to my caveat about fit. My left ear opening is smaller than my right. While both buds 'felt' like they sealed, one side definitely sounded much better than the other. I don't know why the large bud sounded better, but when I say it sounded better, it sounded as good as my AirPods Pro with noise cancelling enabled with isolating tips installed whereas the left side sounded as tinny as you'd expect with 6mm drivers. So, would I recommend these earbuds? For sleeping, absolutely. These are hands down the most comfortable earbuds I've ever worn while laying down. Would I recommend them for all day use? No, as they kept falling out of my ears. I do not know whether the fit would be better if you have smaller ear canals, but if they fit you. Overall, I think these buds are a great value at $14.99, and if they are ever on sale, it would be an instant re-buy if I have a future need. Read more
