I love these speakers! I have tinnitus so getting to sleep can often be a challenge. However these speakers enabled me to develop my own unique solution. Using 2” inch diameter circular velcro tabs I velcro’d these speakers to my pillow. Then, using a 3.5 mm stereo extension cable, I connect them to my iPad and play music or white noise. This isolates the sound do that I can hear the sound loud and clear, but my wife doesn’t hear a thing and therefore isn’t bothered at all by the sound. Granted, I have to change them out every 18 months or so, but they’re cheap enough that I bought six pairs, so I’m good to go for many years. Read more

Very thin, mostly comfortable and really helps me fall asleep faster. The cord does wear out every few months but for $10 it is worth every penny in getting extra sleep. I slide them in between my ears and my full face mulberry eye mask that I purchased on Amazon also. Read more

These are just what I needed. I use these to go to sleep with. I listen to spoken word not music and these are very good for that. Ear buds are uncomfortable to lay on and i have no problem with these. The braided cord is extremely thin and a little stiff but after a few months it seems durable. I believe these are intended to be used in a head band. but I just lay on one and put the other over my other ear and it works fine. If they last 6 months I'll be happy, though I believe they will last longer. Would buy again. Read more

Updated review So I've already complained about how quickly these things stop working in previous reviews. I gave it one last shot. This time I also purchased Spiral Cable Protectors and SUGRU Flexible Adhesive Putty to protect these stupid Sleep Headphones. I put the Spiral Cable Protector on and then encased the whole thing in Sugru. Guess what? 2 months later one of the ears isn't working. Just like last time and the time before. This product is too flimsy to be on the market! It is a waste of money. ------- Previous Review Below: If you toss and turn even slightly, don't expect them to last more than a few weeks. I finally got around to repairing them myself and once again within 3 weeks a problem developed in another section of the wire. I fixed that problem and within a month there was another broken part of the wire. I can also confirm that SEVERAL replacement earphones that can fit inside of this product are also trash. Between the time I bought my first instance of this product and now I've purchased 2 of this exact product and 5 different replace earphones from different vendors. ALL ARE TRASH. They all develop a break in the product within a few weeks. I advised a friend to buy this exact product AND a wire protector AND to encase the entire wire within SUGRU and guess what? It still stopped working after a few weeks. The world desperately needs decent sleep phones at a reasonable price but this one ain't it. Read more

These are the only pillow speakers that work well for me. They are thin and put out enough sound so I can listen to audio books and podcasts, but without disturbing anyone else. I wish they were better made. There are a couple of things I wished were improved. 1) The adhesive used for the cloth covering. This is my third purchase of this brand of pillow speakers and they usually last for about 6 months before the cloth covering the flat speaker comes off. It just doesn't last very long. I could tell there was a great improvement in the materials of my second purchase of this product vs. the first, but the adhesive still failed after a few months. I'm hoping my third purchase will be even better. 2) I wish there was a quick and easy way to tell which side of the speaker to put next to your ear. The two pillow speakers are flat disks covered on both sides with the same type of cloth. There is no way at night to tell which side of the speaker to put next to your ear. You have to put one side next to your ear and then flip it over to hear if the sound is loudest on that side. An improvement would to have a difference in texture on both sides so you can figure this out just by touching them. Or have the side next to your ear covered in nice, soft material and the other side have something that isn't. 3) It's difficult to listen to both pillow speakers for stereo sound without using a headband or other such device. It would be nice to somehow have a way to attach these to your ears so you can listen to both speakers at the same time. This would also help as you moved your head from one side to the other on the pillow or if you slept on your back. I just use one at a time by placing a speaker on my pillow and then my head on top of it. The other speaker is off to the side and not used and I can't listen to these speakers while I'm on my back and my ears are not against the pillow. Overall, these pillow speakers are inexpensive, thin, and comfortable that produce enough sound and clarity for my purposes, listening to audio books and podcasts at night. If there was a better product out there that improved on the 3 things I've listed above, I would purchase them instead. Read more

Used these to make a wired headband headphones for travel. They have great sound and slipped easily into a standard fabric headband. The cord is long enough to be comfortable plugged into the plane headphone jack and still allow movement while wearing them. Read more

If only they would last more than a couple months. Low profile enough that I can put them under my pillow and hear the sound fine (I have a very thin pillow). Not sure why they don’t last, but after a few weeks, one stopped working and the other had terrible sound quality. Great idea, just don’t last. Read more
