I had neck issues and constant headaches and was looking for a pillow that would help with my discomfort. I tried many different pillows until I found this pillow. I'm an not saying it resolved my headaches (this was another issue) but my neck does feel better. It is a very comfortable pillow and the design cradles your head and neck if you are lying on your back. When lying on your side it is somewhat cut out and your nose is not buried in the edge of the pillow. I've noticed this helps to prevent wrinkles and creases on the side of your face in the eye area too. Read more
As a longtime sufferer of tmj, the pain of sleeping on my side was ridiculous. But, I never could get the hang of sleeping on my back, either. It was a rock and a hard place! I started doing some investigation, and found this pillow. I intentionally waited a week to do a review so that I could get through the adjustment period of going to memory foam. The first couple of nights, this pilow will feel super stiff and uncomfortable. But just give your body time to get used to it. I promise it will make it better! I wake up pain-free in the morning, and even at night when I lay down with pain (from daily use like eating) in my jaw, this pillow doesn't push against it or make it any worse. I love this pillow. Definitely worth the moolah! Read more

Best pillow I’ve found for neck support and to keep weight off shoulders. (Especially helpful for people with rotator cuff injuries. ) I’ve bought 8-10 over the years…still haven’t found a better pillow. Read more
I love this pillow, but in the next size down....meaning the manufacturer CLAIMS this pillow is 4 inches thick, but when you get the pillow, it is actually more than 5 inches. Despite the fact they claimed "no returns", I sent mine back because it was not properly described. The length and width are spot-on, but not the thickness, which really was uncomfortable (I'm 5'8" average shoulders and weight female). Amazon took the pillow back - great company. I bought the same pillow, only 3 inches thick and indeed, it is not, it measures at least 4 inches, but that pillow is perfect. I have had it more than a month and ALL my morning wake up headaches are gone - after years - drugs, splints, mouth guards - you name it. I have not awakened a single morning after about 2 days with this small, travel sized "wonder" pillow. Where have you been all my life? But take the time to measure the thickness of pillows at home and consider that these measurements are not accurate. Buyer do beware! Read more
I was waking up 4-5 times a night because my arms were falling asleep, and I woke up stiff and sore. It took me a night to get used to this, but by the second night I was waking up less frequently and not as sore. I used the pillow in conjunction with a few other products and physical therapy, so I don't think it solved the problem on its own, but I really did notice a difference. Read more
The one I received is incredibly hard. Typically, memory foam can be firm when cold, but then softens when it warms up from your body heat. This pillow did not soften, and I’m not going to be able to use it, and I waited too long to try it out, and missed the return window. Memory foam typically shrinks when compressed, but not this material - compression just makes it harder, more firm. Read more
This is my second- somehow my first was lost while traveling. I cannot leave home without this- while I love a soft pillow, I end up with a stiff neck because pillows without support leave my head and neck in a compromised position. I have a larger size of this that I use regularly at home. While it's a bummer to have carryons compromised with a pillow, I refuse to leave home without this. It does compress so I can justify bringing- and my neck thanks me. Highly recommend. Read more
