Life changing. As a side sleeper I've definitely had neck pain issues waking up in the morning for years. The cut outs not only have helped immensely with with my 11 lines and laugh lines, but also makes looking at my phone in bed much easier, and makes my sleep headphone eye mask more comfortable on my ear. As a petite person with small shoulders I am using the thicker side of the neck support, so I imagine someone with broader shoulders would need to add extra padding underneath the pillow for it to properly align their cervical spine. I also really enjoy the width of the pillow being about half that of a standard pillow as this allows me to sleep closer to my partner, and leads to more cuddling without the extra neck pain. I used to sleep all over the place and end up with my face down. I would wake up exhausted. This pillow is great but I could not sleep on it the way the model does in the picture. I find the pillow not comfortable & too high ( using mulberry silk pillow. When sleep on sides do not fit into hollow part ( short neck?). In a hurry, should have gotten the low to medium instead but same concern re hollow part. Memory form is superb. Read more
I have used a sleepwithme pillow for years and just purchased the new Pro Beauty medium to high loft pillow, and it’s amazing! I sleep all over the place, side , back, and stomach. In my opinion, the pillow is over priced. In order to benefit from the cut outs , you should be at the edge of the pillow and while sleeping it is difficult to remain at one position . I turned the pillow upside down to find a suitable position and that was frustrating. If the pillow was half price, it would be a fair option for someone to try it. I appreciate the idea of the cut outs but you should have a fitted pillow case , otherwise the extra fabric gets in your face. Read more

I love this pillow! It works, the sides are cut out and slope down so you can position your face over them and the pillow doesn’t smash your face…No more waking up with creases or pillow marks on my face. The indent for the head is perfect for when I sleep on my back and neck support is awesome. I like an EXTRA high pillow so I put a flatter pillow underneath it and worked perfect. It’s become an essential part of my nightly routine, and I can honestly say it’s improved my sleep quality. There is not enough support in the neck area, the dip for head is not big enough and it still puts pressure on the side of face if you lay on your side. It was an impulse buy. I did not do my research for such an expensive pillow. Read more
