If you have a KitchenAid mixer, you're missing half the value is you aren't buying the attachments. After using a box grater to grate about 100 lbs. of cheese for Thanksgiving, I got this attachment. I've used it a few times and it has been a life saver. Mostly for homemade mac & cheese but also for hard cheeses. So that means some of the parts I've never used. Doesn't matter, its been worth the cost just for the parts I have used. Save your arms and knuckles and get this. You'll be glad you did. Read more
