Slushie Machine for Home No Ice Needed Professional Frozen Drink Maker Soft-Serve Ice Cream Machine- 1 8 L

I purchased on Black Friday just before I had surgery and only got a chance to use it yesterday. I'm VERY impressed. It's quiet, efficient, light enough to carry but heavy enough that it looks and feels professional. It's very easy to use and makes a good quantity of frozen cocktails. I made (not in their book) frozen mimosas (32 oz orange juice, 1 bottle of sparkling wine, a couple of ounces of orange liquor) and after about 15 minutes it was perfect (so perfect I'm afraid I overindulged). I cannot wait to try making ice cream. I bought this one on a whim because I wanted something similar but I didn't want to pay a lot for something I was afraid I might not actually enjoy and use....I'm happy to say I have lots of plans for this little device now. The instructions manual, as far as I can tell, does leave out one small detail....it says that once it finishes it's cycle it will continue to run....but, doesn't tell you how to tell if it has finished it's cycle. I cannot confirm this, but, I believe the light starts blinking on the choice you made...but, the other way is that the compressor will turn off (although again it's so quiet you might miss it). Customer service deserves a shoutout right away. I reached out with a few questions about recipes, and their team was genuinely helpful and responsive. Five stars on support alone. Now onto the machine itself. I’ve made several slushies and alcoholic slushies, including frozen margaritas, and the best part is that no ice is needed at all! The process was simple and straightforward, even the first time using it. I also tested the soft serve ice cream mode and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. I was able to make a parfait-style dessert that came out smooth and consistent. Cleaning was easy. The machine disassembles without hassle, and there’s a very helpful QR code in the manual that links to a step-by-step disassembly video, which made the process foolproof. I did briefly run into the E3 error that I’d seen mentioned in some reviews while using ice cream mode. I realized I had the temperature set slightly too low, which caused the ice cream to freeze too hard and stall the blades. I paused the machine, raised the temperature slightly, waited about five minutes, and restarted it without any issues. The key is keeping the ice cream at a true soft-serve consistency. Using the recommended temperature completely prevented the issue from happening again. Overall, this machine offers great value. Well let me say I reviewed several/machines online before I decided on this purchase why I chose this purchase overall because of durability, I say I made the right choice even over ninja which I am a ninja purchaser all products but this product is amazing. Absolutely you just pour in one product. Is 64 ounces and when you finish serving 5 to 6 drinks no matter what type of drink you like serving finish you can go back and pour more liquid in the machine and cleaning this machine is like magic really really cleans & the name easy Freezy live up to it’s company’s name. I love this machine. I ordered this mostly for summertime parties, so I haven't used it yet. But I did lend it to a neighbor for baby shower a couple of weeks back. She looked instructions up on the internet, so she could make slushies for the kids. She said the slushies came out pretty well, bur when it came to cleaning it she could not find any instructions so she cleaned it as well as she could. After getting it back I took it down as far as I was comfortable with and I believe between the 2 of us we got it clean, but we are sure considering No Instructions. The machine seems to be made pretty well, but why a company would put out a product like this without instructions on both using it and cleaning I have no idea. So at this pointvI would not recommend this product. Read more
