M boyfriend loves anything frozen, smoothies, slushys, icees, ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt so I was really excited to give this to him. At first he was too but after freezing the cups and than trying to pour a soda cans worth of drink into it our excitement was short lived. It works for making a slushy don't get me wrong but not much of one. It basically can't hold more than a half a can of drinkage or else it spills over the top of the cup when your squeezing the cup which is necessary per the instructions in order to slushy your beverage of choice. Its easy to clean and simple to use, just got to pop it in the freezer for a couple hours but it's easy to make a mess of things and honestly not as functional for making a slushy treat as the box implies. You definitely won't have a full cup like a seven eleven cup where you can fill it up over the top and the kids might find it fun too since our 11 year old uses it more than my boyfriend now but it is no replacement for just using a blender and some ice for the same results.
