Better than original.
I wanted extra, spare carabiners for the equipment I have. The OEM price was extraordinarily excessive. These caribiners I received are stainless steel and much less expensive than the aluminum ones supplied by my equipment manufacturer. Read more
Reliable and strong
Strong, fast and easy to clip to anything, very durable with just enough weight to make them reliable. I use them to keep my metal measuring spoons together and as a wider extension on my dog’s leash. Love them! Read more
Quality Carabines with so many uses
I didn't realize how nice these were until they arrived today. They are much thicker and heavier than I thought they would be. A carabiner has ten thousand uses, but I got them to replace the original clips that came with my U.S. flag and flagpole. The original ones, as you can see in the photos attached, are much smaller and less heavy duty. And they are harder to get on the flag and flagpole. A LOT HARDER. You have to hold a few things while trying to press in on the clip. Or use a screwdriver to push the clip apart. And then use the screwdriver to press the clip back into the original slot. On these that I ordered from Amazon, you just push the spring gate open and slide the flag and flag ring in. Not only does it make attaching the flag 10x easier, but the larger clips also keep the flag from tangling like the smaller, original clips do. They just allow the flag to rotate around the pole more smoothly. I bought the 1.97-inch (length) version. I'm sure the other sizes work as well. Definitely a 5-star item and I will be buying more for other uses. Read more

Great for your flag
I bought these to replace the clips on my American flag. The clips that came with it rusted quickly, and they are not sufficients to keep the flag from wrapping around the pole. These stainless steel caribiners won't rust. And they actually prevent the flag from wrapping around the pole by helping it fall loose naturally. Simple economical solution. Read more
