The pan appears to be decent quality, the bolts are tight which makes the handle feel secure. The pan itself seems well made without any gaps in the nonstick coating. I purchased not for cooking but for a different reason, a jewelry technique called Keum boo that uses high heat and pressure to mechanically bond gold to other metals. Now I can do it on the stove! And this pan is perfect! If you buy for cooking, I can see it being great for single servings. I’d suggest rubber tools to protect the coating bc there won’t be much room for flipping the eggs. I’m a little unsure as to how durable the pan is and I plan to hand wash to hopefully extend its life. It’s lighter than expected but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. For the price? It’s worth it. For me this is a one egg pan as opposed to the 2 eggs shown in the product photos and video. It is well made with a non-stick surface. It sits flat on my gas burners and does not tip easily. It is less than 4 ¾ inches across and has straight sides as opposed to my older small frying pan that is 6 inches across with more sloping sides. It cooked the egg fine, but it was difficult to flip the egg over due to the small size of the pan. I tried using chopsticks as shown in the product video and it didn't work; they were too slippery to grab the eggs edge. My non-stick spatula was too large to fit in the pan, so I just finagled the egg to flip over with a wooden utensil. The straight sides made it harder to flip the egg as well where my larger pan has more room and sloped sides. The pan doesn't come with a lid, so that wasn't an option for flipping it or cooking the egg covered. Due to its small size, I don’t see myself using it very often, thus the rating of 3 stars.
