I purchased these to use to deliver soothing music to aid sleep. They are advertised as designed for sleep with "...skin-soft silicone eartips... perfect for side-sleepers." So, I tried them both as regular earbuds to listen to my typical rock and roll, and also tried them at night to listen to a spotify playlist of binaural beats for sleep. Bluetooth connection setup: These were easy to set up - I opened the case, pulled out and inserted the earbuds, and saw them in my iPhone's bluetooth. Overall fit: These are comfortable to wear, and seem to stay put quite well. I found that I had to twist them to get the most comfortable position with the best sound/volume (which never got very good - see below). To my eye, they look identical, but there is a definite left and right; when inserted into the case, they magnetically fall into the correct slot, but won't insert into the wrong one. They also fit better when placed into the correct ear. I wish there was some marking on the earbuds themselves, but I doubt I'll often get this wrong. For the "regular" listening test: I found these to be extremely quiet - I had to boost the iPhone's output volume well above what I'd normally do - and tinny (little base response). Still, they sounded "ok" - I've had worse output from wired earbuds. Still, I won't use these for regular daytime listening in place of my airpods or some other earbuds I have. They have some touch-based music controls in the design (e.g., volume control by touching left vs right earbud), but I've found that to be a little finicky, perhaps because they are so small. Sleep test: This is what I got these for. I used them for about three hours on my first night, and as a side-sleeper I found them tolerable. At a guess, they'll work best for those of us using *very soft* pillows. My pillow is about medium, and I did feel some pressure from the earbud on the "down" side of my head from time to time. Most importantly, they continuously played, and didn't fall out in the night. One minor issue: the case and earbuds use a blue light, which is the worst color for nighttime (red is better, as it is less stimulating and doesn't affect dark-adapted vision), but the lights are tiny, so probably not worth worrying about. Do not waste your money on these. They don’t stay charged very long and I have had them for about 7 months and now they won’t stay connected to Bluetooth. Can’t get any support either. Read more

Cuts in an out. Also, really irritated inside my ear, having it in only for a few minutes. I haven’t used it since right after I got it. It was cutting out using it for voice on a website, not for a phone call, and it was cutting out a lot while I was standing still. Read more

My husband and I have been sleeping to white noise to fall asleep for years. We used to play Pachelbel's Canon, but then we switched to white noise. I've wanted to listen to a pan flute when going to sleep. I find the pan flute soothing and relaxing, and it would lull me to sleep easily. I've tried to wear Bluetooth earbuds, but I'm a side sleeper, and it was too uncomfortable. When I saw these sleep headphones and that they were for side-sleepers, I ordered them immediately. I couldn't wait to get them and tried them out the night I received them. I did have difficulty getting it paired with my iPhone 16 Plus, but after struggling with it for a while, I got it paired. I hadn't downloaded any pan flute songs yet, so I chose some of my favorite songs and put the earbud in my left ear. I lay on my left side most of the night, and the right earbud didn't fit snuggly in my right ear. These earbuds are tiny (see the photo of my finger and the earbud), and I have small hands and fingers. Even so, they began to become uncomfortable after just a few minutes. I struggled to resituate my ear on the pillow for more comfort. I know I drifted off briefly, but I had to remove the earbud when I woke up. This was my first use, and I've downloaded some pan flute music to try again, but now I can't get the earbuds to pair with my iPhone. This was very frustrating. However, I installed an update to my iPhone, and it's now working again. The sound is excellent, and the right earbud fits better. I listened to music throughout the night last night; I got a "battery low" announcement early in the morning. I look forward to listening to soothing music nightly when I go to bed for as long as these earbuds last. If you’re a side sleeper and long to listen to music to fall asleep, these earbuds may be your happy solution. Read more

Just as advertised 5 hrs (on the dot) of continuous streaming, and about 9 hours of battery life with streaming on and off. Super tiny and compact, I still wear a headband so it doesn’t get lost in the sheets if they fall out. Microphone function is decent (I have had worse). Bluetooth Range from phone is also as advertised. These are my first pair of ear buds that worked well for me. I was resigned that I had to use over the ear pieces because I have lost the ear buds when they rub up against my hoodies or shirts or my beanies. I can’t go back to wired earphones…. So I tried these because it’s been five years since my last pair of earbuds, and half expected them not to work, fall out (like my old pair), and not be able to sleep cuz … ow. Happy to be wrong! These are the first pair that were small enough to fit in my ear well enough that they don’t fall out at the slightest contact. They are also small enough I can sleep with them…. It still blows my mind. I am also a fan because they work as advertised. Normally (for all 10 of my previous devices) I found that the battery life and/or blue tooth range tend to be exaggerated. So even though they may not be as long lasting or as far reaching as the other sets, I am more satisfied cuz I feel like I got what I ordered. Read more
