The massager seems to be very well made and of quality materials. It comes completely assembled with nothing to do but read the instructions and put it to use. This thing is as good as if not better than an actual massage therapist. The only difference to me is that they can massage you all over and this device only deals with the neck, shoulders, and very upper back. It has (3) different intensities including a deep tissue massage which I must say was "awesome". It also has (3) heat settings as well, high, medium, and low. I love all ur features but the one I like the most is that it talks to you and tells you what each push if a button is doing next. You can also set the timer on it to 10, 15, or 20 minutes. It is charged with the included type C charging cord with USB type A plug in. You can charge it with practically anything that has a type A port. I would definitely suggest starting out at 10 minutes and work your way up over time. This has some of the best instructions I've come across for this type of device so I definitely suggest you read the thoroughly before use the machine. And as with any device like this I and the manufacturer suggest to consult you PCP/MD prior to using it. Overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has stiff neck, shoulder, and upper back muscles muscles as this will 100% help to loosen them and relax you at the same time. It's very easy to put it on and you can adjust the amount of pressure it exerts on you by your upper arms. Just make sure you read the instructions throughly before using and it will make the experience more enjoyable. Read more

I really wanted to like this thing, but it was painful even on the lowest setting even after doing some stretches to relax first I kept just trying to push it away because it was a little bit too deep and made my neck cramp up more than anything. I wish I could take the two bottom balls off or turn them off, because those were the worst part. After gritting through the pain for four or five minutes it finally stopped hurting so maybe I was just too tense for it, but I do tend to hate my shoulders and neck being massaged even at regular massage therapists. I tried cycling through the settings and I about had a meltdown when it switched to deep mode that was not pleasant in the least. That being said the battery does last a long time and it’s very easy to use and it does what it says it it’s supposed to do, and it looks and feels very high-quality from the fabric covering to the control panel and the straps even the packaging it came in and storage bag. I think if you like neck massages, this is probably for you. I did eventually end up, shifting it down to my lower back and it was quite nice there, even if it wasn’t designed for it. I definitely recommend playing around with this and trying it on different body parts. Read more

This device offers a great massage for the base of the neck and shoulders. It has a stylish look and feels like it is solidly built. It also comes with a carrying case that makes it easy to store and take on the go. It combines shiatsu style massaging nodes with heat to mimic the feel of someone manually pressing and releasing to soothe sore muscles and work out the kinks It is a bit bulky, but it's not too heavy. It sits at the base of the neck and is effectively held in place using a strap that wraps around the back as well as hand held straps that can be used to apply more pressure. The material is soft and feels comfortable sitting on my shoulders. It is a little awkward trying to walk around wearing it, but it does work wirelessly, so I like that I don't have to stay close to an outlet to use it Inside the device are several rotating nodes that sit at the base of the neck and center of the shoulders that feel like someone pressing and releasing, and the motor is strong enough to keep going even with a good bit of pressure applied which allows for a deep massage. The heat also adds a soothing element although it doesn't get as hot as I would like. It's more of a low warmth even at the higher levels It's easy to control using push buttons embedded in the straps with buttons to control each of the massage functions. There are a few intensity levels and a few heat levels with a voice prompt that will announce the current setting. There is also an app that can be used to adjust the settings remotely. The app does seem unnecessary for this type of device since everything can be controlled easily while wearing it. It does seem like there are some features available only through the app which I don't like. I don't think you should be required to use an app to unlock features There are also several mode options that will vary the intensity and pattern of the massage. I am still playing around with the different modes, but each offers a unique massage for a good bit of options. Overall, I am happy with this device. It offers a good massage in specific areas on the neck and shoulders. It is limited in that it only really works on one area of the body, but it feels as good as someone giving a manual massage. It does seem a bit pricey, but it feels well built and functions as described Read more

Great heated shiatsu that really works and relieves tension. It's built really solid and has some heft to it. It fits the mold of my back and neck really well and it's really easy to use. This is the perfect gift for anyone who who has an office job that requires them to sit for extended periods of time. Although the device is smart enabled and has an app but I really didn't think it was necessary. The buttons on the device are all you need to control the device. I like that you just need to charge the device and can use it without being stuck sitting near an outlet. The battery holds a good charge and I need to charge it occasionally after my 15-20 minute sessions. Users can adjust the pattern and intensity of the massage and I think it's really built well. Overall, I it's a good value for what you get. Read more
