I love that I can answer and make calls directly from the watch, which is super useful when I'm training or driving. Measuring heart rate, sleep and SpO2 works quite well, and helps me keep a more conscious control of my daily health. In addition, it has more than 100 sports modes, so I always find the right one for what I'm doing, from running to yoga. It comes with two interchangeable straps, which gives it a plus in comfort and style. It is light, elegant and adapts very well to both female and male dolls. I use it with an Android phone and the synchronization was quick and easy. It also resists water (IP68), so I don't have to worry when I wash my hands or go for a run in the rain. I genuinely bought this product to just check my steps. But to find that it tracks my stress level, bpm, as well as my water, and calorie intake. Amazing! I wanted an inexpensive, no-frills smartwatch for everyday wear. It had to be a smartwatch so I could change the face every once in a while. All I need is to be able to check time, date and daily steps. Well, maybe pulse too. I purchased this one on sale for under $20 just to see what was available for a low price like that. I am blown away by how nice this watch turned out to be. The watch is light, the included bands (2) are durable and the app used to help set up the watch and find additional faces is free. Setup to connect the phone app to the watch was easy. Since I don't use most of the functions, the battery typically lasts for 13 or 14 days before requiring a recharge. I've been recharging mine with a power bank. The touchscreen is very clear and everything on the face is in clear focus. I found a free face for it that displays only the battery status, date, time and daily steps. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm really buzzed with this purchase. For the price I paid, it's still hard to believe the watch is this good. If it fails down the road, I'm just going to replace it with another identical watch, even if the replacement costs more than this one did. I appreciate the fact that I can wear it every day, all day, and if something terrible happens to it, I'm not out a fortune. It's been in the shower with me a few times by accident and didn't suffer any setbacks from that. I did test the sleep monitoring function and that appears to work well. But I was only testing that function. I have not tested any of the physical activity functions but a lot of them are included with this watch.
