I wanted a prenatal with methylated vitamins (easier to absorb). I was taking the MegaFood prenatal, but the giant pills were so hard to get down and kept making me throw up. These are GREAT!! Yes, they do have a bit of an aftertaste, but they’re sweet and easy to get down. Mom of 2 : Always great. If you have a hard time getting vitamins down or forgetting to take them at all, this is my recommendation. They recently came out with a sugar free version too but I have yet to try those. I've used these for both of my pregnancies and and when I go to get blood drawn, my vitamin levels are always good (had some iron, magnesium and vitamin D issues but I don't think that's the vitamins fault. Just had to take extra of those.) Super yummy and with the serving size being 4 gummies, it just feels like candy. Which is great cause I'm a sugar addict and that's what gets me to remember to take them. They are pricy and probably not the *absolute highest* quality vitamins on the market but they are a good basic methylated vitamin that gets the job done while tasting like a sweet treat. These are good overall, but they don't have magnesium which can be really helpful during pregnancy. I didn't notice that at first and got super constipated. But if you supplement that, these gummies are nice and help with avoiding nausea associated with taking large pills. You may also have to take iron separately since it's not included. Read more

Thankfully, my husband introduced me to this brand and although it was a bit pricey it was definitely worth the money. These gummy’s taste good, smell good, and make me feel good. FINALLY a prenatal vitamin I can take without gagging! These have been an absolute life saver! The flavor is a little sour and a little sweet but very neutral. They dissolve super easily so you barely have to even chew them. My energy has improved since I’ve been able to actually take vitamins daily now. I highly recommend these.
