This thing is uncomfortable, the heat is non existent, the vibration is jaw chattering and the "wave" (e-stim) is probably the only thing that helps anything at all.. The curve in it puts pressure on the wrong place behind your head (you can flip it around and it is a little bit better but then you don't have any of the heat and stim contacts touching anywhere) The vibrating "massage" is too rough, I can't imagine vibrations that hard that close to the brain is good for anything The 2 heat pads barely get warm (if that) The e-stim (they call it "wave") does feel pretty nice although you can't control the patterns like you can on a normal e-stim set up, it gives you a few intensity levels with a pattern of some sort and you have to wet your neck for it to work.. I bought a simple,similar neck massager a couple of years ago and it worked fairly well. However, I had to move my head left and right to get a good massage. It helped reduce the numbness in my fingers in the morning. This new one is absolutely great. It fits my neck much better and gives good pressure without needing to move my head around. The massage feels more consistent and effective. I also really like that it comes with a remote control. You can easily choose different modes like wave, vibration, and heat, which makes it very convenient and relaxing. The heat function feels especially nice. Great concept but not quite well-executed. The EMS stimulation and the heat is great! However, the material of the "pillow" and of the acupressure nodes is too hard and therefore this thing hurts to lay on (feels like you're laying on the pointy ends of dull sticks). I've been using this for a few days, and while I'm impressed with the features and the price, the physical design needs work. The Pros: The build quality feels solid and it's lightweight enough for home or office use. The EMS stimulation is excellent, and the heat function is a great addition, warming up quickly without getting dangerously hot. The Cons: The execution of the physical massager falls short. The material of the "pillow" and acupressure nodes is too hard and not adjustable. The massager is slightly small for me and too large for my wife.
