When my microwave bit the dust lasts week my first impulse was to make an emergency run to Walmart to pick up a new one. But as I hauled the old one down the steps and out, I realized that was not an option - no way could this older female haul another one from the car to my upstairs apartment. So I turned to Amazon and started looking. I had two basic requirements - it had to fit on my limited counter space, had to be affordable, and had to be able to do what I needed it to do. (Ok, that's three.) I had.never heard of this brand, but did some research and found it wasn't as unknown as I thought, so I decided to take a chance. Wonderful microwave. I’m in the midst of a kitchen reno and bought this microwave to be mounted above my stove. Prior to this I was using a countertop microwave. This unit is very attractive and compliments my existing stove beautifully! It is spacious inside and works great. Read more

I love the size not having much counter space. The only downside is that there is no "automatic" time by just pushing a number. Though it doesn't bother me, some people like having that minute or 30 second feature. I only use mine to heat things up, so the lower wattage is not a big deal to me either. This replaced my $299 Panasonic that died after 5 years. I had very few choices because of cabinet height limitations. Worried a little about the unknown brand and price and lack of reviews, but after 3 weeks so far no issue and it seems well made, well package and no delivery issues. If I get 5 years out of this one it was a great find. It might be a little louder than my last one might be my only complaint but since I am only using this for minutes at a time while in the kitchen it is no big deal. Read more

The microwave cooking worked great, but the door release button was not reliable. Sometimes it released the door easily. Other times, the door would stay closed. Punching the button eventually got the door open. Maybe you'll get lucky, but I would not order it. If you do, get the extended warranty to cover yourselves. I returned it within 2 days. Read more

I am very satisfied with this microwave. I had to have someone install it for me for additional expense, but it looks good and works well. I did have to call Amazon because the "over the stove" light would only stay on for about 30 seconds. The assistant had me unplug & replug the microwave and this fixed the problem. I was hesitant to order this since I’ve never heard of the brand but I sure am glad that we did! This microwave is perfect for our family. We LOVE the Reheat button! It literally reheats everything perfectly. Don’t wander far because it reheats whatever you put in there quickly but it heats it evenly so the whole plate of leftovers is warm and not cold in some spots. I just let it heat until I can start to hear the food popping a little and I pop it open and viola it’s done and all within maybe a minute, two at the most. Popcorn button works perfectly you don’t have to stand at the microwave waiting for the popping to stop so it doesn’t burn. I haven’t burned 1 bag of popcorn yet. Love it Love it Love it!! Try it!
