It is super easy to use but there is a learning curve. This is a timed thing. You’re working with hot water to dissolve the beads to the perfect size you need. Once dissolved you can mold them as you need them, however the second you take them out of water they begin to cool down which begins solidifying them and you must got back and forth between the hot water and forming them to be the right size in the replacement you need. It’s a little tedious but hey when you have a missing tooth all you’ve got is time really, no one wants to go out in public with a missing tooth. So spend the time to get to know the product and you’ll be super happy you did. These work like a charm once worked in place and I don’t need any poly gel like the sticky paste for dentures . There’s no need for it, somehow these suction in place or otherwise you can add more thermal beads to the backside of the near by tooth that’ll help keep the replacement in place. It’s perfect for me and I have no complaints. Seriously a mental life saver! Also, for those wondering they are not permanent in place. I take it out every night to brush and replace it in the morning. Seriously it just pops in and out of place, but doesn’t fall out when talking or chewing. Way cheaper than any bridge made my the dentist and so much more comfortable because you are designing in real time with your own mouth. You’ll be surprised how easy they are to use. However, a minor disclaimer… they will turn colors based on what you eat. About every 45-60 days I’ll need to replace the thermal beads so they match my teeth color again. So if you’re a heavy coffee drinker expect the same. Read more
This product had so much potential until I have tried to work with it several times on various teeth, from small fixes to big fixes. It has caused an infection in my jaw that extends into my sinus cavity, it has never stayed put for more than a couple hours no matter how big or small of a tooth filling I need. The only way that I have been able to make anything very small and cosmetic work for more than two days was to put multiple different layers on the tooth causing it to look very unnatural and spotty with different colors throughout and I mixed the same batch every time, warming it up in the microwave until Fully transparent. The moments that you take this product out of the water, it immediately begins to solidify, leaving you less than a few seconds to try and get it to mold in all directions needed which I have spent hours on the end. Just trying to fill a millimeter gap that is visible. One of the bigger tooth fillings in the back that I needed to use it for just to protect an open hole until I got a root canal, almost ripped out the remaining tooth from the root of my jaw. I wish I would’ve known how difficult and nearly impossible this product was to Make any sort of significant difference or even a difference at all before I purchased it. I am heartbroken because my smile is now worse because of this product. Read more

After recently losing my front tooth to a broom handle, I needed a quick fix since getting into the dentist is a nightmare and is going to take forever. The product itself it great and does just what it says, as long as you follow directions and take your time. I managed to create a pretty firm fitting retainer that suctioned well to the roof of my mouth. It took a few times, melting, then re-melting, and your tongue definitely gets a workout, but I figured it out eventually. My problem was forming the "tooth" part of it. I consider myself a pretty creative person. I have a decent art background and have worked with countless mediums, but this tooth and I were just not feeling eachother. It just kept coming out too big, in my opinion, no matter what I did! Then when I would re-soften to fix it, it would mess up the retainer part I had worked so hard to get just right! I am somewhat of a perfectionist, and also my own worst critic, and I got irritated rather quickly. As a solution I bought a cheap tooth repair kit for $10 that came with the plastic "veneers". The thermal beads in SmileFix were far better quality than the cheap kit, so I slapped a plastic veneer on the SmileFix retainer and viola! Instant tooth! No one can tell I am missing a tooth. Even people that knew forgot entirely because there was nothing to see but what looks like my natural tooth. I also have to give the SmileFix company a hand for having extensive videos showing demonstrations on how to use each of their products readily available. Very helpful for a lot of people (just not me because I'm hard-headed and impatient). Anyway, this product really helped me tremendously and I am serious when I say that the beads in SmileFix are so much better than the cheap kits and totally worth the $25 just for them alone. Don't cut corners when it comes to your smile! Happy tooth-crafting! Read more

Worked great for the temp fix I needed Read more
This SmileFix Standard Dental Repair Kit does get the job done - but only if you have a lot of practice and patience. The color matching is helpful, and it can definitely help fill gaps or spaces in a pinch. However, the working time is short, as it hardens very quickly, which makes shaping difficult. The material has not sticky, so you'll need some type of dental gym to help the material stay in place. The biggest issue is staining - if you drink coffee or tea, it turns yellow fast, and I find myself having to replace it every 3 to 4 days. Overall, it's a decent temporary fix, but not ideal for long-term wear unless you're avoiding anything that could stain. Read more
Saved me hundreds of dollars!!! I'm missing a molar that is noticable if I smile big, so for years I've adjusted my smile. Not anymore. I made a tooth that fits in perfectly and I just take it out discretely before I eat, then, pop it back in when nobody is around haha. I don't leave home without it!!! Very easy to make. Read more
