This vest comes with 16 good-sized pockets for adding weights. They will hold a weight of about 2.1" wide x 4.3" to 5" high. The vest doesn't come with weights or provide a link to the best place to buy them. I made some rock/sand bags and will adjust as needed. The velcro flaps that cover the tops of the pouches is very secure so nothing will come out while running. The vest is lightweight but very well made with adjustable buckles on the sides.
