This back pillow is great! I have a bad back and it has made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. The ergonomic and memory foam design fits perfectly against my lower back, providing both support and relief during long hours at my desk. It's easy to adjust and is durable. I particularly appreciate the combined heat and vibration massage, which helps ease my muscle tension and has become a soothing ritual after a long day. You can also just turn on heat or massage individually which is a nice feature since sometimes I just want one on and not the other. I'm going to be honest , at first I was really annoyed with this thing. I couldn't seem to make it do what I wanted it to. Once I figured the buttons out I liked it a little better but really the controls could have been better laid out. There are two buttons. The power button turns on the unit and and sends into a series of vibrations. The vibrations are pretty good in that you can feel them. I wish that I could choose a specific pattern instead of being at the mercy of the pillow. You can't choose, you are stuck with the different patterns as they come. Then at the end, it inflated and then deflated. I'm just not sure of the point of that. It does it several times. All the while it is heated. The heat is not adjustable and is severely uneven . One side has more heat than the other but the product image shows even heating throughout the patterned portion. It does not heat that way. It is in the middle and not a lot further. The second button also runs through some vibrations. These patterns seem to last a little longer but again you are at the mercy of the machine. Press it again and it inflated. Then it deflated, then it inflated. I don't see the point. Press it a third time and you get just heat. It is still uneven and not very warm. I was hoping to love this because I like heat on my back in the morning but a heating pad doesn't always stay out. After being frustrated by the uneven and barely there heat, I put the heating pad over the pillow. That worked with the pillow unplugged of course. I also do not like that it is plugged in with a USB c cord. It just doesn't feel safe to me. The lettering on the buttons is not English. The instructions were in English but vague. I think I will still use this in my desk chair. It's a good shape and soft. It smelled at first but went away, and I honestly don't mind the vibrations even if I can't pick one. For the price though I think I should have gotten more than what I got. More control and better heat would have made this a more interesting purchase. Read more
