This massager does not have a strap(s) to hold it in place on my desk chair. The shiatsu portion rubs my backbone which is uncomfortable. It does not seem to fit my office chair correctly. When I use it, I have to place something under my lower legs and feet or I will fall forward out of my chair. I thought I would enjoy using it much more than I do.
