tl;dr - good choice for my unique use case I'm 5'6' and have had scoliosis since I was a child and it occasionally flares up. The media could not be loaded. I often have a sore back. I'm 200 lbs. I use these "chair" cushion rollers on a flat surface. So I lie down on top of the rollers. These have a nice feel. Not to hard. Good quality product. I think my other Snailax roller has a stronger motor. But if you are using this in a chair, then this is great! It has a cushion overlay on top of the rollers. BUT if you want extra hard, you can move the cushion away, to get more roller pressure. This also has 3 heat AND 3 vibrate settings. The vibrations are in the seat cushion, not on the back.
