This massager works great. Shiatsu, Compression and Heat all variable and controllable with remote. I do question whether it would work for really large feet. I am 11W and placing feet into and removing from openings is tight. There is plenty of room once inside, but getting there could be an issue for larger feet. Thank you to this company for making a foot massager that fits larger feet. usually wear a size 15 and my feet just fit into it. It has helped me tremendously with poor circulation in my feet in just a few days. Will update as i spend more time with it and come to other conclusions. If the company plans to one day update this wonderful machine may i suggest a couple of things. i find the heating could be more powerful, don't really feel much heat even on the highest setting. For my feet that basically fill out the machine the massage functions don't extend to the toes but i think the compression does. The massager itself is ok. Would probably prefer a bit more variety of massages, but given this is a machine, I think it's reasonable to give it a 4/5 in massage quality. The remote control itself is decent. The biggest problem with this unit is the power supply. I sit down and put my feet in, and the darn thing doesn't start most of the time! You turn the knob and nothing. The power supply input to the unit needs to be constantly wiggled to get it working. I had sent a note to the seller Alyno in Amazon Marketplace about this 2 months ago, but so far no response from them. Coincidently around the same time they had sent a mass email saying "Recently, we found a small quantity of the home adapter (Model SL-58A1) not fit well with the foot massager. ... please kindly provide full address to us here or email to us, we will ship a new home adapter for you ASAP.". So, I am been sitting here for over 2 months without a proper massager b/c the silly thing doesn't turn on most of the time without ME having to massage its power cable. Maybe it wants to take turns. Update: after submitting the review, we also noticed the heat function does not work. We will be returning the product. The product itself works great, I’ll cover that first. There are three modes and three pressure levels (high, medium, and low). I wish there was more information on the types of massages it gives and ways to eliminate a portion. Some of the movements hurt my feet even on a low setting. The condition it came in is disappointing. The box was near to falling apart upon delivery. There are also many noticeable scratches and dents on the massager body. Though it doesn’t effect how it works currently, this could be due to being dropped and could effect its performance in the future. I’m disappointed it didn’t arrive looking brand new, especially for the money I paid. It’s not a matter of being picky but that when anyone buys something new, it should be in perfect consisting.
