The media could not be loaded. I don't mean to sound over-excited...but, this is, by far, the best foot massager I've ever owned! It's not just some vibrating board (which I have), or some other method of supposedly massaging your feet. This machine is top notch! It has vibration, kneading in the arch and on the heel, pressure bladders that squeeze and release your feet, and two levels of heat....all at same time!! You can adjust each method, with speed or intensity, through 3 levels. You can even just use one, or two, or all three of the methods of massage, if you wish. It's incredible! Really! I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, and believe me, it's been a "bear" to keep it in control. This massager makes me want to wear it around all day...ha! Can't do that, but, wow, my feet definitely feel "refreshed" and ready to take on the day, or, if used at the end of the day, what relief! I'll not have to search anymore for "the perfect" foot massager...I've found it, for me. And, there's a good chance it will be the right one for you. I wouldn't hesitate to try it, if I were you. It's worth sharing so others can benefit from it as well. It also is set up where you can unzip the insert where you foot goes so that you can remove it and wash it. It's fine for me. It's taking a little time for me to get used to operating the remote. When it's first turned on, all the settings turn on at the same time, then you have to go thru each one to either go to the next level or turn off individually. Wish they worked separately at the onset. The compression is tight even at the low level but still comfortable for me and that's coupled with the kneading. I've only used the low setting with the low compression setting. Even at the low settings on both I find the pressure and relief to be just fine. It turns off after 15 minutes. It's portable and light weight so moving it from place to place is easy enough. Is it the best quality...who knows...good quality to me and durability means does it work and will it last at minimum of a year and since it's affordable, it's no big deal. Read more

I received my order in one day in a very nice manufacturer's box that even had a handle. The foot massager is visually pleasing and appears to be very well made with quality material. There are multiple settings and variations to find that perfect combination to soothe your feet. Worked well sitting in my office chair. So this is our second foot massager from Snailax, and as usual they don’t disappoint. My wife kept hogging our first foot massager so we decided to get a second one. Comparing the two (as we of course will do) there are many positives and just one item I would suggest to improve it. To begin with this massager is $30 less than the first one we tried so I keep that in mind as I write this review. The good: massager is not in a hard case (soft, pliable outer shell) which makes it much lighter and easier for me to use while reclined in my recliner. I like the kneading better on this one as it does a better job getting in there to reach all the foot muscles. Feels great. My favorite setting after several days of trying it out are low compression, medium knead, low vibration, no heat. The heat has two settings and when the nights are cool it works much better than our first massager. You can really feel the heat on this one, in a good way, unlike others I have tried where you don’t even know the heat is on. Works so well that I keep it off unless my feet are cold or I want the heat therapy added to my massage. This unit also has vibration which my more expensive one does not. A feature I didn’t realize I needed or liked but I do. It’s random in length and frequency which is very effective at all 3 levels. There is no timer on this one so it cuts off after 15 minutes while the more expensive model allows setting it to 15, 20, and 30 minutes. Not a big deal and the vibration replaced the timer so all in all a fair trade off. The only thing I would change is that the settings are reset every time you turn it off. On our first one, as long as we leave it connected to power it remembers our last settings. This one resets to Low everything and High heat. So we need to change the startup settings each time we start it if we prefer something different. But for the price savings I can deal with that. And the default settings are good anyway. We are very happy with this model and highly recommend it. The kneading is the best I’ve tried. And the compression shapes to your foot size whether large or small. I've used this for hours at a time with no issues, but try it yourself before you use it beyond the recommended time. I have tried several products from this manufacturer and have not had any issues over time. I am guessing this model will last a long time as well. Read more
