The ball and heel (and everything in between) of my left foot was hurting so I went searching for relief. I tried stretches, soaks, and elevation but it persisted after long days. I found this foot massager with compression and built-in heat treatment, and completed my purchase— my shiatsu back massager, also from Snailax was a hit and has been going strong for nearly 2 years now— so I was/am confident in the quality. The massager is comfy, and fit my size 11 men’s, just fine with room to spare. The out-of-the-box settings were a bit too intense for me— it was firm and super ticklish, but like many people, went back to read the manual after the fact. I used the remote control to adjust the pressure intensity and also added heat at that point. Now looking at the device’s buttons it seems intuitive but if in doubt, just read the manual. After dialing in, Wow! It felt amazing, like a real foot-massage. There was rolling and compression with attention moving from toes to heel. It massaged my achilles too, but I did have to remember to position my foot back and not slide them in too deep. After the preset 15 minutes, I was thinking, was that really only 15 mins?! I started another round. I’ve been using it daily for over a week and sometimes multiple times per day. I found I can now comfortably increase the pressure intensity to the middle setting and it’s not too much for me, though my default preference is still the lowest pressure, which again, is good enough. At first I thought a tilt feature would be nice, but this flat design works rather well, with less to fidget with… I guess I forgot that my fit could pivot if needed! I thought the remote control wasn’t needed, but after using the massager, I agree that it’s nice to have a remote control to avoid having to bend forward to make adjustments. The removable inserts are a nice feature for keeping everything clean, though, I typically opt to use the massager with clean feet, in clean socks! But that’s just me… you can wash the inserts to deodorize as needed. Overall, it’s a great foot massager so far that meets my needs and has been effective at relieving my foot pain when all else failed to deliver lasting results. Included remote control uses coin-cell CR2025 battery (included). Read more

I have been using Snailax massagers for years now. I have had such good luck with my first two massagers (including a heating pad for shoulders) over the past five years, that I decided it was time to get some other Snailax products to care for my middle-aged body. I recently purchased this foot massager to help my feet relax at day's end. I have not been disappointed. The massager is large, but not nearly as large as I expected it to be (after all, I have size 14 feet and they fit inside just fine). The heat is nice, though not overwhelming. The pressure was most unexpected--there are three levels, and I keep it set on the lowest level. This is the only level of compression that feels comfortable to me--but then again I have very large feet. Smaller feet might have no problem with a higher level of compression, due to the smaller volume of their feet inside the massager. The compression does help with blood flow, which provides for relaxation and rest. The massaging beads under the feet feel just great too. If anything they could be even more aggressive (but I like deep foot massage--I suspect most people would find them to be an idea level of pressure.) After 20 minutes of a little heat, compression, and massage, my feet say "ahhhhhh" and I'm about ready to head to sleep. As with all other Snailax products, this massager is excellent quality, with a very fine design and build. The remote control adds excellent functionality in a simple size. Though I bought this product for myself, I would think it would make a great gift for a parent or for a loved one who spends a lot of time on his or her feet. I look forward to many restful evenings of sitting down at day's end and letting Snailax restore my feet! Read more

I am on my feet 12 hours a day 6 days a week between two hospital jobs and my feet hurt all the time. I bought this on a whim because I found out that it was eligible under my HSA. WOW!!! I have size 7.5 feet. At first I was like tooo much and it hurt, but I slid my feet in a little farther and now it is perfect and hits all the right spots. I ran it through two cycles. It just felt so good. I could sit around all day with this thing if I didn't have things to do. I have it on the highest settings, My foot pain is gone after working tonight and using this machine. The power of this thing is unbelievable. I never thought that it would be this great. It is light and super easy to move around. I have to find a spot for it other than in my bathroom. I just need to get an extension cord for my living room outlet. Going to buy my daughter one as a random gift because she is on her feet all day as well and I am sure she will appreciate it. I get every other week foot massages that cost the price of one of these machines that I can use every day...this is so worth it, and maybe even better. Read more

I really love this foot massager. The combination of the shiatsu massage, vibration and squeezing from the inflation really helps my planar fasciitis and peripheral neuropathy. The unit is light weight and easy to use. It would be perfect if you could set the timer (I find the preprogrammed time too short and end up having to turn it back on at least three times before I'm done!) and if you could adjust the foot size somehow. I like to sit with my feet up while I'm using it, which causes my feet to slide down inside the unit, which isn't the desire position for treatment. I prefer my feet to be forward in the unit so the treatment hits the desired areas. The only way to do this without my feet slipping to a different position is to sit upright. Not a big deal; I've been stuffing a rolled up sock in there to keep my feet in position, but it would be a nice feature. Read more
