Works nicely and they will work with you I've had several Snailex for my recliner. I had one that switches were not working properly and eventually I convinced them of that and they sent a new one. It seems that the heating portion of these and all units goes out about 16 months....wiring must be very vulnerable to be sat and wallowed on. this new unit massages well, heats well AND a max runtime of 90 minutes......not those 20 minute or so wussys. this thing fills good. Changes I might make....the slip over elastic straps of course all to small to fit any contemporary recliner....and option to power and use in car. The Snailax Vibration seat cushion is a pretty good unit. The controls are easy to use and the cushion is ready to go right out of the box. There is a variety of vibration patterns and they work well. Negatives are the vibration could be stronger. Even on high it really doesn't relieve my back pain. Also the heat is just lukewarm. I will stick with my heating pad. Overall, not a bad unit, but it is pricey for a just ok vibration massager. Read more

Massager works very well. I really like the ability to massage individual area or areas. It is a long pad which massages from shoulder/upper back area down to thighs. Eases some of the pain I experience constantly. I feel sure it will continue to help minimize the extent of my pain. The heat is an added benefit. I completely recommend this product as a valuable asset to the body. It is very well-built and should last for many years. This is a great massager. It does not have the hard balls that rotate, which is I did not want. Those hurt me and I don't like that form of massage. I love those one because it has multiple modes and heat and time settings. It comes for enough at the top to include your neck. Which alot of others do not. I have two and am about to order a third. I bought the first one for myself. But my husband, who has always opted for the ball massagers, decided he liked this one better. I rarely get to use it. Then I bought one for my son, who has a bad back, for Christmas this past year. Now I'm going to get one more for me. This,time no one is taking it away from me lol. This one's mine. Okay for the price. I paid $45. The heat is a nice setting. It only vibrates not really a massager. I hurt my back and thought it would be nice to have and be portable. I am short so the shoulder area doesn’t do anything for me. Might better sizing for taller people. It works better if I place a pillow behind me to sit upright. I use only 1 setting that seems to work best. I would paid attention to the wording while shopping. I’m keeping it since I used it. It does sort of help my sore back muscles. Does not provide relief. I had a very similar product a few years ago. I was quite pleased with this product for a month. The vibrations were not strong but provided relief and relaxation for my 76 year old back. The heat setting was quite good. BUT, I had used this many mornings in the past month, and this morning, the light blinked a couple of times, and that was it. It is no longer working at all.
